5 things the other participants don’t know about me…
Since this is meant to be a tagging exercise (as well as mildly entertaining), I’ll try to come up with some really strange entries to see how far and wide the tagging net will get cast….
1) I have a horse living in retirement in New Jersey.
2) I play on a co-ed soccer team in Manhattan and a women’s team on Long Island.
3) I love to bake but hate to cook.
4) I fantasize about moving to Chile.
5) The next language I want to learn is Korean.
… now, aren’t you glad you asked?

Hi, Gina:
What a nice blog you have! Very friendly and welcoming. I’m still getting up my courage to start one, so am looking around at others a bit.
I am also from Canada, but living in Japan. I don’t have any pets but used to have a dog named Fred Flynn, adopted from the SPCA who can never be replaced. I don’t do many sports but walking and yoga, but would love to go skiing someday again soon. I love to cook, but don’t often bake. I would love to visit Africa and South America, but am pretty happy living where I am. The next language I want to learn (with my 9-year-old daughter – her idea!) is Chinese. I would also like to learn Italian.
Now I have got to go and figure out what tagging will do for your blog!
Nice to meet you!

Hi Gina!
Your post was entertaining, and now I’m curious about a couple of the things you mentioned. For instance, you said that the next language you want to learn is Korean; what other languages do you speak? Also, what kind of things can you bake? Actually, we have something in common, because I prefer baking over cooking too. Especially, I like to bake bread or cookies. Also, I like Buckeyes — you’ve probably heard of them since you live near Ohio state?! If not, check out my post for the B4EChallenge
Hugs,

Dear Gina,
You’re certainly an interesting woman, and I bet your students love you!
Soccer, Korean and baking? I’d never expect that combination. I’m as curious as Mary to find out more about you.
Why Chile?
Waiting for more.
Oh, look, if you want to “embed html code”, go to your post and place your cursor where the html starts. You’ll see “
" on the bar. Click there. Go to the end of the code (in this case baking") and click on "“. That’s it! As I mentioned in an email, as Edublogs has now tags, you don’t need to add Warlick’s tag generator. See my message at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/blogging4educators/message/881February 6, 2008
